Folder painter (above) allows you to add colour and icons to folders to make them more easily distinguished. The latest Vivaldi browser (from the same team that created Opera) can be much more customized than other browsers. Especially useful if you use a wide-screen display. In case anyone still uses the Auslogic defraggger (I gave it up some time ago due to problems.), please read the article below. As stated W10 has a very reasonable disk de-fragger which should be adequate for most people.
